1. Open notepad as an administrator. Do this by right clicking notepad and choosing "Run as administrator".
2. Open the following file in notepad (File->Open): C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
3. Add the following lines to the bottom of the file and then save the file:
96.127.138.2 duelingnetwork.com
96.127.138.2 www.duelingnetwork.com
108.163.248.234 forum.duelingnetwork.com
