Inzektor hopper effect was changed in at the last YCS Toronto saying that you can't activate his effect on the very first turn of the Duel.
Team/Forum is now running on Standby, as many members have left. --------------------------------------
No Tournaments/Wars will be organized as there are not enough people to participate. --------------------------------------
The Rulings Section will keep on going though, serving as a database for confusable/difficult rulings. --------------------------------------
